Broken right channel on RE0

Postby MasterGH » Fri Jan 06, 2012 6:55 am

Sadly it appears my RE0s are dying not long outside their warranty period (bought in late November 2010) :( The right piece seems to only want to make sound if I align the cable very carefully - the plastic bit that normally sits where the cable enters has long since been floating around the cord and I was a little too worried to glue it back. Is it very hard to open these up around the glue join? Any suggestions?

As they are quite a delicate device, trying to force them open with probably cause more trouble than not.

Send me through an email to warranties@headphones.com.au and we'll see what we can do for you :)
