Dr Dre Beats headphones. can someone who has listened to them and also listened to other brands please tell me the difference? I will say upfront i have no intention of buying them, but i am curious to see how a headphone range sponsored by a "big name" compares to real headphones.

Gimmicky features, boomy bass, low levels of detail compared to similar priced products, and they fall apart pretty easily. The Studios require battery power for any sort of operation. But hey if you want "stylish" noise cancelling headphones with too much bass they're a good bet
