Look for Headphones for around 300 dollars

Hey I'm just looking for some headphones for around 300 dollars. I'm willing to go a little above if its worth it but I would prefer not to. Firstly I'm going to be using these mainly with my phone (a galaxy nexus) and perhaps once in a while with my computer at night. So they have to be pretty portable so I was thinking of the in ear canalphones but Im willing to consider others, but only if theyre portable. I also do like at least decent isolation from external sounds.
I listen to a pretty wide range of music, at home I have a set of Swan M50w speakers if that helps. Another important point for me is durability. With my current routine I probably won't use them a tonne and I try to maintain them well and keep them in their case and such so I would like them to last a few years.

for me, i really like the HD25s. they sound great out of a galaxy. certainly portable, very light and isolation is extremely good....

Thanks I might check those out but at least right now I'm leaning towards canalphones. I was looking at the shure se425. Any opinions on them?

The SE425 is great at $299. Excellent overall package, isolation, comfort, sound quality, build quality etc etc. Shure do it all well
