I'm pretty much recovered as I'll ever be, now.
My foot is much better than expected, but still causes frequent, sudden pain when I walk around.
My wrist is limited in rotation due to the bones fusing together, not especially painful but definitely inconvenient.
Everything else has mostly healed up, the future will hold arthritic aches for me, but at least I can walk and do stuff
