finally got around to getting a PS3 today and eagerly awaiting for GT5.

Currently messing around with the PS move and eyetoy =D first impressions are pretty good, the demo's that come with it are alright and the controls are hell accurate.

Also have Little Big Planet/Red Dead Redemption and Beatles Rockband. Haven't got to playing LBP or Beatles RB but tried a bit of Red Dead and first impressions weren't that great, the cut scenes weren't that interesting so I just skipped it (meaning I didn't watch one at all) and ran around killing rabbits and cyotes =/
Might trade it in for FFXIII if anyone recommends it i guess

Yeah, but it's better! Gameplay is different obviously but my god did Fallout 3 suffer from some of the worst quest plots and boring characters I've ever seen. I did really like the characters you could make and the combat though

I set up my TV in my bedroom yesterday so I now have my Wii and PS3 less than 2 metres from my bed :D Also downloaded Wipeout so I've got that when I get home from work

BTW any TF2 players with a Tough Guy's Toque or Hound Dog want to trade for the Football Helmet or Engineer's Cap? I've been hunting a Toque from day one of trading

I found Morrowind a little too sandboxy for my liking, but I think the world was better than the oblivion world in terms of greater variation.
If Oblivion had had a more varied world and stronger storyline/dialogue/characters it would have been a lot better. Oh, and no stupidass scaling monsters.

I want a game like Planescape with Oblivion (or better) graphics.

Or like... a Fallout game with the fallout dialogue/characters/quests using the FO3 engine, rather than "Oblivion with guns" that FO3 ended up being :(

I know :(

I'd settle for a cross between Planescape and Star Control 2 though! :unibrow:

I enjoyed Mass Effect 2 overall, but I found the whole - recruit character, do loyalty mission, rinse & repeat process gets more than a little bit annoying by the end of the game

Playing it now. Thanks, GOG!

Last time I tried it, one of the discs got shagged and I never could finish it. Ah, back when a game's budget wasn't spent on getting Linkin Park to write a song for the score.

Re-running through Just Cause 2, which probably ranks as my favourite game of the year.
