Have you tired Media Monkey yet? Has plenty of view options. Not many skins, but still plenty of options. Sounds good too, and can configure it to work with mp3 players well.

I use J.river jukebox mainly and I'm perfectly fine with it.

It's just that I like to play around with customization.

Hmm, still don't really know how to configure that into the multiple album view. Is there something in preferences that I'm missing?

Also honestly my ideal player would be what you have above with the multiple album view.

Download foo mini. Go to preferences, then choose columns UI. Then go to columns UI then load the FCL. Then I think its the next tab where you see the list of columns. Remove all of them except the graphical browser column.

I mean, you could add it yourself, but yeah.

Configure the graphical browser plugin through right click context (eg. adding other filenames for covers such as folder, cover %artist% %album%, or whatever)

Hey how good is Androcell anyway? I gave him a brief glance from Distant System, it seemed quality just not quite unique enough. This coming from Slackbaba as my favourite dub artist

Man, Distant System is great.

Androcell is okay. Efflorescence is my favourite androcell album

Gnomed dosed or process of unfolding are two tracks (either one if fine) to get the impression of how the general sound is.

Speaking of Distant System; new Solar Fields album announced, to be in the style of earthshine.

Has anyone levelled the volume on their library? If so, what did you use, and is there a better one than another?

I don't want to level the volume and lose some quality...

You've used it?

I just backed up my entire collection incase it screws it up.

Does it also work with FLAC and mp4?

Yeah works pretty well

Sadly it only works with MP3's, there's probably an alternative for FLAC and mp4's though
