Great job but not really digging the CF finish. Piano black would look better IMHO

Yeah I agree. CF was just readily available and I felt like doing it that weekend and not waiting. Next project i'll do something with a bit more class!

The flash makes it look a lot more CF than it does in real life though. In the normal lighting conditions next to my monitor, it essentially looks like a slightly texturised black.

welp, http://www.theloudspeakerkit.com/ finally seems dead as it now links to domain parking of some kind.

End of an era. Shame, really - they had some good stuff.

Finally dead. Its like one of the local IT stores, I have no clue who owns it anymore. It was abandoned by the first guy who went back to China, then run by his brother, then bought by that guys cousin, then ended up being owned by the brothers wife, then the first guy came back, then left. Then there were white guys working there from another computer store that closed. Now theres some new guy but he's a noob.

Hi guys,

I stumbled upon this thread from another one which led here:
http://www.pcworld.idg.com.au/article/4 ... -publisher

The LSK brand will continue and we intend to take it to another level. All stock is now in Melbourne, you can see some photos of the stock on our facebook page:

http://www.facebook.com/theloudspeakerkit

(One of the best places to find the latest updates and follow what is going on).

Stock is limited, we have a good supply of M4s (both kits and finished) as well as F5 kits.

You may be interested to know that we're also aiming to bring out a lifestyle system. Still in concept stage right now, but our plan is for something quite funky.

Hi Paul, thanks for posting :)

I was always a big fan of LSK gear, it's a shame things went the way they did.

I look forward to seeing things progress and being able to recommend LSK again :)
