Not that I know of, but it's pretty straightforward : power switch turns the unit on/off, volume knob controls the volume, gain switch controls the gain
Well there are some other operating instructions as well possibly when setting up. The T-31h recommended connecting the power cable until the LED lit up then removing it right before you connect it up to the RCA cables connected to the rest of the system. Also the T-35h recommends completely disconnecting the amp from the sound system if it is off.
Mainly I wanted to see what the rated power output was and the other specs which are more accurate than whats stated on the website. From the French reviews the T-3h had enough power to drive any dynamic headphones currently on the planet, even with headroom for the Hifiman HE-6 with ease and possibly even driving the AKG k1000s. With the T-35h they appeared to lower the power-output by 20-30% but increased the quality of response, making it nearly flawlessly balanced and improved the noise a bit. So I was interested to see where the T-33h stood, in between the two, probably more towards the T-35h side.
