Important shipping information
Most local (Australia) items are now being sent out via Startrack courier which means that everything will arrive within 3 days AT MOST. It's normally next day from dispatch.
Smaller items and accessories such as cables, earpads, adaptors and other spare parts ship via Australia post in small padded bags. This will mean a few extra days shipping time. If you require these items urgently, please contact us to arrange courier shipping for your item for a small fee.
FREE SHIPPING still applies to almost all of our items, but there are a few exceptions such as larger, heavy items.
All items will require signature upon delivery (unless you request otherwise, which we do not recommend as your item will not be covered by insurance if anything happens to it after being left at your delivery address). If you are not home a card will be left and you will need to contact Startrack to follow up on delivery. Normally they drop your item the nearest local post office for you to pick up. We do recommend delivery to your work address if you can't be at home to sign for delivery. If your item has been marked as delivered on their tracking website, call 13 2345 and they'll let you know where it is.
It would be most beneficial for the courier if you can include your phone number with your order.
Headphonic can cover items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that there are often postage delays during the lead up to Christmas so please make allowances for this.
Cut off time for packages being sent out on the day you order/your payment clears is usually around 12pm PERTH TIME. This can change depending on how busy we are. Contact us and we will let you know when your item will be going out.
