Important shipping information

FREE SHIPPING still applies to almost all of our items, but there are a few exceptions such as larger, heavy items.

Most items will require signature upon delivery (unless you request otherwise, which we do not recommend as your item will not be covered by insurance if anything happens to it after being left at your delivery address). If you are not home a card will be left and you will need to contact Auspost to follow up on delivery. Normally they drop your item the nearest local post office for you to pick up. We do recommend delivery to your work address if you can't be at home to sign for delivery.

It would be most beneficial for the courier if you can include your phone number with your order.

Headphonic can cover items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that there are often postage delays during the lead up to Christmas so please make allowances for this.

Cut off time for packages being sent out on the day you order/your payment clears is usually around 12pm PERTH TIME. This can change depending on how busy we are. Contact us and we will let you know when your item will be going out.
