Prefer cricket, where a five day match often ends in a draw?

So do the Socceroos. I mean, really, the hype was unhypeable.

Germany are there expecting to make the finals. Australia sells a few more big arse TVs for Harvey Norman.

Potentially dull? Yes, but Australia can actually play that game for shit.
Come to think of it, Socceroo games aren't bad too watch if you want to see goals. Trouble is, they aren't the ones scoring them.

Which was why it was a great game to watch if like me you don't appreciate the Aussie hype.

Do they still play Test cricket these days?

I thought the whole game had been bought by KFC.

I think i should start a, "Did anybody watch lawn bowls on ABC on the weekend?" cos seriously it's way more entertaining to watch than soccer. Soccer is terrible as a spectator sport.

I guess that answers the question as to why this thread didn't exist?

Noooo! I'm right here Blob :)

I was up at 4am to watch our crushing defeat :crybaby:
Never been a fan of German football but, bloody hell, they're on to something here. Blistrering. Too bad it was our bacon in the frying pan :\
We'll get Ghana and Serbia though  and then we'll kick out USA and then, uhm, Brazil has to go :ninja: . Of course Italy is out by now anyway
So it'll be us vs Spain (or maybe Agentina) in the final :D

I've missed too many matches already. Bloody wrong time to play in the middle of the night. And replays at 2am

I'm looking forward to the Netherlands vs Denmark tonight

Didn't a rotary win the LMP1 or 2 a few years (~-10) back o.0?

Edit* quite a while back actually 1991

Couldn't be more right. More people watch SOCCAH than any other sports in the world, but I guess most people are stupid too
