Anyway I just wanted a thread where we can talk about games.
I'm currently playing Starcraft 2 pretty awesome multi-player where heaps of fun can be had with friends such as going 3v3 all random =D
Just gave up on TF2 since the update released today ruined almost ALL aspects of skillful player

Sins of a Solar Empire.

I've been having a blast. Gives me the shits when you're on a large map and after 20 hours of game play, you get raped in the eye.

oh yeh, i loved that when it first came out but lack of good australian host/servers etc ruined it for me and havent been getting the expansions

I just play against the pc. It's too hard to organise online due to how long the game is.

Demon's souls is still my favourite game of the current gen.

I'm liking the look of the indie platformer demo called dustforce.

I still play super metroid on a regular basis

I tried playing UT2k4 the other day online again (best online is best) only to find it essentially barren. Might have to swap to quake live.

Havin a blast with Civ V - although it has the same problem with multiplayer as Sins. Takes FOREVER.

Yeah I want to get civ v too. Waiting for Fallout: New Vegas! I won't care if it really just more Fallout 3, it's my favorite game of all time.

lol, been checking out the items for the TF2 update.
So ridiculous at the stats they give you and the pricing of the packs cost more than the actual game. Also, no headshot sniper with 25 hp increase?!?! MADNESS

Tf2 was good. Haven't played it for almost a year.

Yeah, I'm hoping New Vegas is good - I preferred Fallout 2 to 3 though. Even though I can't stand turn based combat, bleh.

Just don't use VATS. It's so much harder that way but it just makes the game more epic .

And I didn't think VATS was the problem really - there was a huge change in the world itself from the first two that didn't jive with me. Its felt like the series 'sold out', if you know what I mean?

But hey, high hopes for Vegas!
