Postby gabir26 » Sun Jan 23, 2011 3:59 pm

My favorite game is Counter-Strike Source and i play it a lot.I consider myself an average player but after receiving the new headphones(130$) suddenly I've considered almost a pro... :D
So tell me are there a real skills in online gaming or is it all bullshit

$130 isn't considered expensive in headphoneland. For gaming maybe...

CounterStrike ? Whoa - I feel like I've just stepped into a time machine and its 2001 all over again. Forget gaming - I have to dash out and find a mirror. And a pair of scales.

I disagree! CS and the like with instant-kill shots make for far less competitive combat IMO compared to games where knowledge and strategy determine the win (though MMOs are also about stacking your random-number-generator with higher numbers/chances)

I prefer CoD over CS just because the objective based match-ups allow for good strategy with decent teammates

The BEST multiplayer FPS based on my 500+ hrs of playing each, I will pick:

1. Bad Company 2
2. COD 4
3. Bad Company 2 Vietnam
4. COD 5
5. Team Fortress 2

I just miss killing aussie players since I return back to Malaysia.......really miss all the name calling and "hacking accusation" from their frustration. :D

And I don't use headphone to know my enemies movement....I just depend on my "6th sense" and cunning ways of tricking other innocent players. I admit that I played too much till I achieved that stage. :p
