They die too fast. Initially I thought the traps I set up in the lair were too harsh, but I realised that I want only the BEST.

Good henchmen have never been easy to come by, so an accelerated rate of natural attrition seems sensible.
If you wait till your being invaded to test their mettle, by then its too late.

I think the Henchmen should have their own FB page, not to mention a Twitter account. It would be great to hear their old war stories - chasing schoolkids out of Marcus' shop, whistling at female passersby, getting 'Headphonic' tatts on their foreheads - it really doesnt get any better than that.
