New DAC/Amp or just Amp

I've got a 3Move, should i grab a new DAC/Amp like the DACMagic Plus or a new Amp like the Meier Corda Jazz... is the 3Move upto the task, i know the DACMagic has all these buzz words like Upsampling, Jitter reduction do those make any difference at all?

this is a long shot but i'll ask it anyway, What about the Lead Audio LA-100/200 vs the DACMagic Plus?

The gears that will be powered are the Ultrasone Pro 900, Alessandro MS-2, and Beyerdynamic DT48-E (25 Ohms).

3Move is my source using the dac via usb and amp as well, pretty much will use it for everything music/videos:bluray/dvd etc /games

and obviously i am hoping it'll increase in some key areas such as soundstage and seperation with more depth also if possible increased bass quantity (lols)

Don't know what diff upsampling makes, but the DM does sound better than the 3Move, I had one. Jitter is the audiophile world's Y2K bug.

DM also has dual DACs, that provides a signal to each channel, that probably makes the most difference.

so the jitter from say the 3Move is noticeble from DM?

I doubt there's any jitter on either.
