Brainwavz M2 tips?

Postby murchy » Fri Mar 23, 2012 8:34 pm

Hey guys,

A while ago I bought some Brainwavz M2s through headphones.com.au and have been more than happy with them. Value wise they were well above my expectations and I've been recommending them to anyone who will listen.

I'm in the market for some new tips now to replace the silicon ones I use at the moment. I used the largest set that came with them, as I found these gave me the best seal for isolation.

Isolation is very important to me, as I use these in place of ear plugs when riding my motorbike to take the edge off the wind noise.

So basically, I was hoping you all might have some recommendations for me as far as tips go, keeping in mind I need the highest levels of isolation, and generally listen to electronic music (electro house, some dubstep and I love vocal trance). I enjoy bass, but I enjoy clarity in my bass - quality over quantity!

Any thoughts would be welcome :)

Cheers.

Comply T400 Tips or TX400, if you want wax guard or not. Or a set of triflanges that suit

I wouldn't have a clue which Tri/Bi-Flanges fit mate, sorry. Marcus/Felix might be able to help? Google?

I don't know any tri-flange tips to suit the M1-2-3 unfortunately. They're just that much larger than the Shure/Etymotics that they won't fit
