Help a n00b out !!

Postby zuey » Sat Aug 25, 2007 9:26 am

Hey guys..

I bought the creative EP630 2 weeks ago from tandy and used them for around 4 days until the left earphone got royally screwed.. so, i took them back and now tandy/dicksmith/etc are all saying that they are out of stock and cant get me the same model.. SO, ive taken my money back and am doing more research on a new pair of headphones..

They have to be pretty similiar to the ep630's but for similiar price.. I DONT MIND IF THEY ARE CANAL OR JUST THE NORMAL TYPE.. but i would prefer normal type (not the noise cancelling one).. I was looking at the "what earphone to buy" sticky thing and saw these

http://www.headphones.com.au/psingle?productID=164#top

and just wondering how they compare to the ep630's..?

some things i am looking for are

BASS
BASS
quality, ie- wont break tooo easily
BASS

and thats about it, oh, and have to be under 50..

(sorry for the noobiness, just need some help..)
btw- i would prefer, MUCHLY to buy from a shop rather than online, because i dont have paypal, etc

Unfortunately "just bass" isn't something we look for when we stock quality products.
Earbuds don't give you a lot of bass either, so there's not much I can suggest I'm afraid. My only suggestion is to stretch your budget to include something like the Koss KSC-75 instead.

sorry, i was sort of exagerating on the bass bit..

all i really want is a good pair of earphones that wont cost me a whole lot, and has acceptable sound quality..
anything similiar to the creative ep630's will be great..

Well, as far as good cheap buds go, the Yuin Pk3 and Sennheiser MX450 are both reasonable choices.

You don't need a credit card to buy from us. Direct deposit can be arranged via internet banking, or via a branch of our bank.
