We take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Orders valued at $100 or above are insured for free, however orders under $100 are not.
Our preferred method of payment is via direct-deposit, however credit card facilities are available.
Direct deposit
Anyone can make a direct deposit payment, no special facilities are required, and it’s fast and free. If you’re not sure how to use this method, just contact us! When making a direct deposit transfer, please put your order number or name in the description field, not the product you’re ordering! If you are paying in person at a bank branch you may not be able to include a description, if this is the case notify us immediately after making a payment.

Credit Card
For security reasons we ask you to FAX or email(scan) a copy of the face of your credit card if you have chosen to pay via this method. If you are faxing the image, please write the numbers and expiry date clearly along with your name below the credit card, if scanning/emailing make sure the numbers, name and expiry are clear. You may also include the product you are ordering and your address. Please note: Credit card orders will not be sent to a PO Box address. |
